Real Estate Fund – Lumi Retail Property Fund – established by Lumi Capital has acquired a commercial building located in Tallinn in Lasnamäe in Kärberi street, the anchor lessees of which are Selver AS and MyFitness AS. The main strengths of the acquired object are good location in the centre of Kärberi district and well-functioning anchor lessees. In autumn the Polish discount shop chain PEPCO will open a new shop here also.

This is the third investment of the fund and at the same time the first commercial building in Tallinn. The previous investment has been made at the beginning of March 2018, when commercial premises have been acquired in Narva in Tiimani street. Fund's assets also include Aardla Selver purchased in 2017 in Tartu.

Lumi Retail Property Fund is the real estate fund, which includes the entire Baltics, specialising only in investing in shopping centers and food stores close to households. The total volume of fund's investments has been planned EUR 100 million and the time period 20 years, the anchor investor is Swedbank pension funds.
