Lumi Capital acquired a stake in the company developing Lõviküla residential area near Pärnu.
Lõviküla is an existing residential area in Audru municipality, 5 km from the city of Pärnu. 50 families have moved to the area as part of the first phase of the development, which took place from 2005 to 2010.
Lumi Capital is preparing to launch the second stage of the development in 2015.
