Lumi Capital advised LCN Capital Partners in the acquisition of Raadiku municipal housing portfolio in Tallinn. The properties comprise of 1 215 newly built residential apartments leased to the municipality of Tallinn over a 15 year lease agreement.
Lumi Capital acts as a local operating partner in managing the investment on behalf of the investor following the closing of the transaction in August, 2015.
