Lumi Capital, dedicated to sustainability and responsible management, has taken another step towards environmental friendliness by installing solar parks on the roofs of Manufaktuuri rental apartments, managed by Lumi Kodud. This initiative is part of the company's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals, with a significant focus on buildings' sustainability.
The CEO of Lumi Capital, Maris Prisko, commented: "We are committed to sustainability and apply these standards and ideas to the projects we manage. Installing solar parks is a natural continuation of our efforts to further improve the energy efficiency of buildings and reduce their environmental footprint."
The Manufaktuuri rental apartments, managed by Lumi Kodud, were the first apartment buildings in Estonia to be awarded the international BREEAM green label in 2021.
