We are pleased to announce that another Lumi Capital-operated rental buildings have received the international BREEAM In-Use green label with a rating of "VERY GOOD". This time, the certificate was awarded to the buildings operated under the Lumi Namai brand in Vilnius. These modern Scandinavian-style residential buildings are located in one of Vilnius' fastest-growing and developing areas, just a short walk from the city center. The quarter consists of nine buildings, where Lumi Capital operates two, totaling 124 apartments.
The buildings were completed in July 2022. Clients have well received the A+ energy rating and comprehensive living environment, and the buildings are now fully rented out. The development emphasized the importance of healthy lifestyles, featuring health trails, training areas, playgrounds, green courtyards, and proximity to parks, entertainment districts, and the old town.
Environmental efficiency and sustainability are the key ESG goals for Lumi Capital, and receiving BREEAM certifications confirms that we are on the right path. We are committed to sustainability and responsible management, applying these standards and ideas in all our properties. In addition to the buildings in Vilnius, rental buildings Lumi Kodud Aiandi, Lumi Kodud Manufaktuuri, and Raadiku municipal apartments in Tallinn have also received BREEAM certification. Lumi Kodud Päevalille in Tallinn and Lumi Majas properties in Riga are next in line for certification. All Lumi Capital-operated rental buildings are expected to be certified by the end of next year.

The Vilnius project is part of a larger portfolio transaction with investors Vienna Insurance Group's subsidiary BTA Baltic Insurance Company and LVP Holding GmbH. YIT Group constructed the buildings in this portfolio. Lumi Capital structured the deal, led negotiations, and acts as the investment manager and operator.
