We have made further progress toward our ESG goals. The 100-apartment rental building at Päevalille 19 in Tallinn has been awarded the BREEAM In-Use green label with an "EXCELLENT" rating. Certification is still underway for the Lumi Majas properties in Riga (Terbatas 72 and Stirnu 40B), which together comprise a total of 255 apartments. The certification process for the rental house at Stirnu 40B has already started, and the process for Terbatas 72 is scheduled for next year. Once completed, all of Lumi Capital's rental buildings (approximately 2,000 apartments in total) will hold an international green certificate. This underscores our commitment to developing and operating modern, environmentally sustainable homes.
