Three years ago, Lumi Kodud was first certified at the BREEAM "Good" level, which was a significant achievement at the time. Since then, the buildings have undergone various major upgrades and additional evaluations, including improvements in energy efficiency and expanded bicycle parking facilities to encourage the use of environmentally friendly transportation. Achieving a higher certification level confirms Lumi Kodud's commitment to sustainability and enhancing residents' quality of life by providing an environment that supports green living.
